Stage 4 - Azaleas' Corner

Stage 4 - Azaleas' Corner

As in the corner belonging to the Azaleas!  In 1965 (Correct year TBC) Lilias decided to gift the village a splash of color by planting 100 (number TBC) Azalea shrubs... Villagers enjoyed the spring flowers so much they started to follow suit, and by 1985 (correct year TBC) Plockton had become famous for its seasonal bloom. Azaleas' Corner is the last main point on the walk before the path heads back through the wild meadow to the car park.
