We sell a range of merchandise including, but not limited to:

  • Clothing
  • Mugs
  • Hats
  • Branded garden products
  • Gift items supplied by other local businesses
  • Other promotional merchandise

We also accept restaurant table reservations through this website. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or monitor settings. Occasionally products may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either a refund or an alternative where appropriate.

Prices

All prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Where applicable, prices include VAT. Delivery charges are calculated during checkout and shown before payment is completed. Although we take care to ensure pricing is accurate, obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.

Placing an Order

Submitting an order does not automatically create a contract between you and us. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the goods. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order or otherwise confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • payment cannot be authorised;
  • products are unavailable;
  • incorrect pricing has been displayed;
  • fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.

Payment

Payments are processed securely using PayPal Braintree Hosted Fields. Your payment card details are entered directly into secure payment fields provided by Braintree and are not stored on our website or servers. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Delivery

We currently deliver merchandise within the United Kingdom. Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods transfers once payment has been received in full.

Click & Collect

Customers may choose to collect eligible orders from our premises where this option is offered. Customers collecting orders should bring their order confirmation. Customers visiting from outside the United Kingdom may place orders for collection from our premises. Unless otherwise agreed, collection orders should be collected within 30 days of notification that they are ready.

Returns and Refunds

If you purchase goods online as a consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may cancel eligible online purchases within the statutory cancellation period, provided the goods are returned in accordance with applicable legislation. Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Where goods are found to be faulty or not as described, you will be entitled to the remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Restaurant Bookings

Restaurant reservations may require a deposit to secure the booking. Where a deposit is required, the amount will be shown during the booking process. Unless otherwise stated, deposits will be deducted from your final bill. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reservation may receive a full refund or be transferred to another available date, at our discretion. Deposits for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or where customers fail to attend without notice, are normally non-refundable. We reserve tables for 15 minutes after the booked time unless we are contacted. Please inform us as soon as possible if the size of your party changes. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary requirements but cannot guarantee that our kitchen is completely free from allergens. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking where customers behave in a threatening, abusive or inappropriate manner. For more detailed information about our Restaurant Booking Terms & Conditions.

Gift Vouchers and Promotional Offers

Where gift vouchers, promotional codes or special offers are issued, they may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Promotional offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time unless otherwise stated.
